Layover in Hong Kong en-route to Tokyo

Today kicked off the journey. Our flight was scheduled to fly out at 15:35 Melbourne time, so we arrived head off to the airport around lunchtime and arrived around 1pm, bracing for whatever the check-in process would throw into the mix for this rag-tag group.
